Product Stock and Order Process

1. In general, the website clearly shows whether a product is in stock.

2. After you enter your details, confirm your order and pay, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check that the order details are correct, to avoid delivery problems or delays. If anything needs to be corrected, you must contact us before the order is shipped.

3. For backordered products, the estimated arrival date is shown on the order and product details. If this is clearly shown on your order, you will not receive any further order notification from us until the product arrives and we arrange delivery.

4. If an order contains both backordered and in-stock products, unless you specify otherwise and notify our customer service, we will assume that the whole order is to be shipped once all products have arrived, and we will not notify you separately. Please note that shipping an order in separate parts incurs additional delivery charges.

5. If a product is shown as in stock on the website but we are unable to ship it on time or it is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone on the next working day to follow up on arrangements such as delayed delivery or a refund.
