Delivery arrangements for orders placed on www.doshisha-lifestyle.com are as follows:

Hong Kong Local Delivery

1. Orders of HK$800 or more enjoy free delivery. For orders under HK$800, the delivery fee will be shown before you pay.

2. If the product is in stock, it will be delivered within 2-5 working days. To enquire about delivery times, you may call our customer service during office hours.

3. Delivery will be made by one of the following methods. We decide the method according to the circumstances, without further notice.

Logistics Delivery

- If the product is delivered by our logistics service, delivery is arranged between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. The carrier will arrange a delivery time with you beforehand.

- The logistics service cannot deliver to remote areas such as Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands.

- Unless otherwise notified, products will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

Local Courier Delivery

- If the order is sent by local courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number once it has been dispatched, so you can track its status.

- Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, and the local courier requires a further 1-3 working days for delivery.

- As courier deliveries cannot be scheduled in advance, the delivery time must be arranged between you and the courier.

International Delivery

1. Overseas (outside Hong Kong) delivery is made through well-known courier companies, and the courier name is shown before payment.

2. Once the product has been dispatched, we will email you the courier tracking number.
